In contrast to 'What to do in the event of an Earthquake' we decided to focus on a single set, add a bit more detail to the two characters and go for a classic 3D look.
Fred is an over eager First Aider/Scout Leader know-all, who has the equipment at hand for any type of emergency situation, but he has no idea how to use it. Fred’s office has everything, but nothing is in its rightful place. Ollie is a generic worker being- he’s just a number...he's fodder. He’s in the job for the salary, and has no other motivation. The voice over gives Fred a helping hand through procedures, but no matter how hard he tries, he just doesn’t get it: Fred tries his hardest to deal with Ollies tiny cut, which results in mutilation and death.
